Salma Hayek
Salma Hayek holds the sixth spot for beauties without makeup. Born on September 2, 1966, in Veracruz, Mexico, to an opera singer and an oil magnate, she attended a Catholic school where she faced challenges with reading. Later, she pursued international relations at the University of Mexico City.
Salma’s rise to fame in Mexico began with the telenovela, Teresa (1989). In 1991, she relocated to Los Angeles, marking the start of her Hollywood journey. Her role in Quentin Tarantino’s “From Dusk Till Dawn” catapulted her into the limelight.
By 2003, she made history by being the first Mexican actress to earn an Oscar nomination for her portrayal of Frida Kahlo in “Frida” (2002). Apart from her acting career, Salma is an active philanthropist and advocates for breastfeeding.
