Pamela Lopker is the founder, chairman, and president of QAD Inc.. Her entrepreneurial journey began when her boyfriend, Karl Lopker, was unable to find suitable software for his sandal business, Deckers Outdoor Corporation.
Seeing the gap in the market, Pamela chose to build her own solution—launching QAD, which has since grown to support more than 5,000 manufacturers across 90 countries.
