April Anthony – $740 million
At just 25, April Anthony acquired her first company, successfully turning it around and selling it five years later. She went on to found Encompass Home Health & Hospice in 1998.
After selling the business to HealthSouth for $750 million, she was appointed CEO of VitalCaring in August 2022.
