Jamie Kern Lima co-founded IT Cosmetics in 2008, inspired by her own struggles with rosacea and hyperpigmentation while searching for effective makeup solutions.
In 2016, she sold IT Cosmetics to L’OrĂ©al for $1.2 billion, and went on to become the first female CEO of a L’OrĂ©al brand.
