Sam Hunt and Hannah Lee Fowler – Together Since 2017
As Sam Hunt was stepping into the world of country music, he crossed paths with Fowler. The singer and the nurse shared a passionate connection, though they parted ways after some time. Hunt’s debut album, Montevallo, was heavily influenced by their romance and he even named it after Fowler’s birthplace.
Despite the booming success following Montevallo’s release, Fowler remained a constant in Hunt’s thoughts. In efforts to rekindle their relationship, he frequently traveled to Hawaii. By fall 2016, the couple was engaged, and they celebrated their union in a classic wedding in Hunt’s native Cedartown, Georgia, on April 15, 2017.
