Opting for a subtle celebration, they chose the tranquil setting of Westglow Spa & Resort in Blowing Rock to exchange vows amidst loved ones. A memorable moment from their wedding was Eric serenading Katherine with “You Make It Look So Easy”. Their union has since been blessed with two children, who are the apple of their eyes.
