Once recognized for his roles in NBC’s “Gimme a Break!” and “Brotherly Love,” Disney Channel alum Joey Lawrence is all grown up now. Rumor has it he might join a celebrity version of the classic “Dating Game.” During talks about the show, Joey expressed his ideal match: someone genuine, kind-hearted, and with a sense of humor.
Fortuitously, Joey seems to have found his perfect match. He’s currently engaged to actress Samantha Cope, and the two are collaborating on an upcoming Lifetime film. Joey mentioned that their meeting came unexpectedly, profoundly impacting his life. Despite their relationship blossoming during the pandemic, it allowed both of them to be authentic, forgoing any facades.
