4. Bake a cake
Want to whip up a quick and delicious cake but find yourself out of bananas? Don’t worry! You can actually bake a cake using banana peels. Simply take the banana peels and blend them with 1/2 cup of water until you achieve a smooth, aromatic, dark brown puree.
In another bowl, cream together egg yolks, butter, and sugar. Add the banana peel puree, baking powder, and flour, and mix everything until well combined. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the batter. Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
