12. Skin softener

Banana peels are rich in enzymes, acids, antioxidants, and nutrients, making them excellent for nourishing, softening, and moisturizing the skin. To take advantage of these benefits for your feet, you can use the inside (white part) of the banana peel. Simply place the peel on your feet, secure it with some sticky tape, and cover with a thin sock to keep it in place overnight. In the morning, remove the peel and wash your feet thoroughly. This treatment can be repeated every two or three weeks to help maintain soft and moisturized feet.
